What is Coaching?

Coaching is action oriented and future focused. We will work together to identify your goals if they are unknown, explore blocks to achieving them, and create action steps to accomplishing them. Between sessions, you will complete the action steps we identified in our sessions, then report back on how this went for you at our next session.

How are sessions structured?

Our first session is an hour long and subsequent sessions are 45 minutes long. The first session is longer to ensure we have adequate time to understand and get to know one another and for me to understand your goals in working together. Sessions can be either in person or remote. Remote sessions can take place via phone call, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The choice is up to you but will defer to phone call if you do not specify otherwise. In-person session are $15 more than remote and this is to cover my travel time and resources to meet with you.

What tools do you use and what is your formal training?

I completed Wisdom of the Whole’s coaching program in fall of 2025. Their model aligned closely with my value system as it emphasizes that we are allinter-dimensional and mult-faceted beings. I loved this program as it provided me tools to work through people’s deepest challenges on the spiritual, ancesterial and archetypal level.

In my practice, I utilize motivation interviewing to allow you to lead to conversation, narrative techniques to make sense of your experiences, and a number of visualization tactics to envision the future you want for you.

Please note that my prices reflect that I am still gaining client sessions in order to sit for the National Board of Health and Wellness exam and they will rise after certification!
